CULTURALLY-INCLUSIVE BUSINESS

We recognise that it is the people behind and within businesses, rather than the product or service delivered, who are key to making progress towards our collective goal of improving the world.

For true impact to be achieved, businesses need to retain and recruit great people who are engaged, aligned and driven to achieve the same goals. We have seen a societal shift in what engages these people to a greater focus on culture, ethics, transparency, authenticity and purpose.

We call this the ‘soft infrastructure of business’.

The more accessible and inclusive businesses are, the greater the opportunity for a wider talent pool with broader scope for ideas and to be part of the movement that will change the world. It is well reported that cognitively-diverse workforces bring with them better ideas – fostering curiosity and bravery to activate purpose and make tangible progress.

We believe that Zebra businesses develop better practices through truly inclusive cultures and leadership that attract and retain the talent needed to drive change.

Within our focus on inclusive culture, we explore topics covering culture, diversity and inclusion, leadership and hybrid working, amongst many others. If you have a topic you would like to see covered, get in touch and we will explore it further.
