With over 25 years of experience in the legal industry and law firm leadership, Matt Meyer is a recognised innovator and thought leader in the legal and professional services sectors. In 2019, he was named one of Europe’s most innovative lawyers by the Financial Times, reflecting his forward-thinking approach to strategy, leadership, and transformation in professional services.

Matt has a deep passion for organisational strategy, the innovation economy, and responsible business practices. A Meyler Campbell-trained executive coach, accredited mediator, and associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has honed his skills in guiding businesses through complex challenges and enabling sustainable growth.

In addition to his leadership in the legal world, Matt is committed to education and knowledge-sharing. As an Affiliated Lecturer at the University of Cambridge, he teaches postgraduate students about running law firms as businesses. He also serves as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review, contributing to global thought leadership.

Beyond the boardroom, Matt brings a wealth of diverse interests and expertise. A passionate aviator, he holds a commercial pilot’s licence and enjoys the precision and discipline of flying. His other hobbies include sailing and horse racing, pursuits that reflect his adventurous and analytical spirit.

Matt also dedicates his time to global causes as a Director of the Pax Humana Foundation, based in Rome. The foundation focuses on mediation in conflict zones, with active projects across the Sahel region of Africa. This work embodies his commitment to responsible and impactful leadership.

Currently, Matt is Managing Partner Elect at Kingsley Napley, where his innovative and strategic leadership will continue to drive the firm's success and reputation.

As the Founder of The Zebra Project, Matt leads a pioneering platform that brings together business leaders, academics, and policymakers to tackle critical issues facing society and the economy, further cementing his role as a dynamic force for change and collaboration.

Vikki is a senior brand strategist and creative thinker known for her inquisitive approach, always digging beyond the surface to uncover the real insights that drive meaningful change. With a career spanning both agency and client-side roles, she has a proven track record of shaping impactful brand propositions and commercial strategies that fuel business growth, enhance internal engagement, and elevate brand reputations.

Her expertise lies in audience-led projects that deliver measurable impact. She has successfully developed strategies for clients across diverse sectors, including legal, financial, property, and consumer goods. Vikki's ability to challenge the status quo and align brand strategies with business objectives has consistently delivered results, whether in revenue growth or customer engagement.

In addition to brand and commercial strategy, Vikki has experience advising businesses on responsible practices, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), sustainability, and community engagement initiatives. She is passionate about creating strategies that balance commercial goals with broader societal impact.

Vikki began her career at Philips Avent, a global leader in baby products, where she honed her skills in branding and strategy. She then transitioned to agency-side roles, working with a variety of clients to craft brand propositions and strategies that resonate. In 2016, Vikki moved back client-side as Marketing and Business Development Director at Taylor Vinters. During her tenure, she spearheaded a brand-led approach that contributed to an impressive 75% revenue growth in just five years.

Passionate about creating and delivering commercial brand, marketing, and business development strategies, Vikki focuses on building authentic connections with audiences and driving strategic growth. Her client-centric approach transforms brands into compelling, customer-first experiences that make an impact at every touchpoint.

George Meyer is a purpose-led business student and strategist in the making, currently studying for a BSc in Management at the University of Bath. With a clear focus on aligning business with people and planet, George brings a grounded, values-first mindset to the future of leadership and enterprise.

His journey began with hands-on volunteering in Zimbabwe - supporting farming communities, visiting orphanages, and contributing to local building projects - where he developed a lasting commitment to integrity, hard work, and human-centred impact. These early experiences instilled a belief that business should be both commercially ambitious and socially responsible.

George has also gained industry experience at Cambridge Commodities, a leading supplier in the health and nutrition sector. There, he deepened his interest in sustainable supply chains and saw first-hand the importance of ethical sourcing, product transparency, and long-term thinking in global business.

As part of The Zebra Project, George supports strategic and research efforts that explore how business can be reimagined through ethical leadership, inclusive culture, and stakeholder-centred decision making - with a focus on helping companies embed purpose in practical, measurable ways.

Outside his academic and professional pursuits, George is a dedicated endurance athlete - passionate about running, cycling, and golf, with his first Ironman on the horizon. His love of sport reflects his belief in discipline, resilience, and pushing boundaries, both personally and professionally.

George is part of a new generation committed to building businesses that do better - for people, for the environment, and for the future.
