The collaborative and purposeful business - a new management paradigm

Where is the line.jpg

The collaborative economy is among us. Vertical hierarchies of old, competitive barriers to entry and control of resources approach is being replaced by businesses structured by internal and external networks, strategic alliances and the building of communities that include suppliers, customers and even competitors driven by a common purpose and enabled through technology and a changed mindset. This more flexible approach has led to organisations being more accepting to achieving their purposeful aims through the governance and involvement in an ecosystem that attracts and thrives on participation for mutual benefit rather than controlling involvement.

This session seeks to explore how businesses are adopting this approach, assess the benefits they see and explore the process required to reap the benefits in terms of employee engagement, productivity and making great things happen.
