Vicky Grinnell-Wright, Head of Corporate Engagement, Blueprint

Vicky Grinnell-Wright joined the Blueprint team in June 2017 to work with our CEO and our many corporate change agents.

Vicky is an organisational development, innovation, strategy, change, transformation and culture consultant, qualified Executive Coach and experienced Corporate Responsibility practitioner.

Her work has focused on innovation in how organisations work and how they attract and manage talent and business practices for values-based sustained high performance cultures. Vicky brings 15+ years of experience in partnering clients in business model, people, organisational, brand and systems innovation and measurement. She currently lectures on Personal Sustainability and Authentic Leadership at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge – Programme for Sustainability Leadership.

Vicky has previously worked with Capita/O2, PepsiCo, Clarks and DoctorCareAnywhere.
