Simon specialises in helping businesses to scale by applying new customer and commercial insights to drive breakthroughs in their growth journeys. Simon’s background includes various commercial roles at Sainsburys and then Tesco, where he worked closely with Dunnhumby to develop a deep understanding of the shopper purchase journey, and how this can be applied to improve the commercial proposition and drive improved performance.
More recently Simon has led the Commercial Insight & Category management team at Philips and having also worked with a variety of startups over the last 5 years, has developed a passionate interest in how lean business thinking & constant customer learning can be applied to businesses of all sizes.
