Matthew Swash, Associate Director - Tenant Representation, Jones Lang LaSalle

Matt sits within JLL’s Central London Tenant Representation team, where he specialises in providing property advice on occupier related projects including acquisitions (freehold and leasehold), disposals, surrenders, lease regears as well as wider real estate consulting advice.

A Real Estate graduate from Oxford Brookes University, Matt has spent extensive time in America – mainly San Francisco and Chicago - and his subsequent focus has now turned to US businesses expanding into London who require the necessary workplace and property support.

Hailing from Herefordshire, Matt is a committee member of the Office Agents Society and an active participant in the British Council of Offices (“BCO”). In recent years, Matt has advised on some of the most exciting projects within the South East region and clients include Electronic Arts, Funko Toys, Stanley Black & Decker and Microsoft.
