Grahame is the CEO and founder of Change Associates - specialists in business transformation and organisational change. The firm delivers its services through its bench of talented and experienced independent consultants, supported by a core team based in Central London. Part of the gig economy!
An Economics graduate from the University of Leeds and MBA from Warwick Business School Grahame began his career with Ford Motor company first as a graduate trainee and then in sales and operations. He subsequently moved into consulting, working globally in financial services consulting and then moving into Europe to lead a change management practice at KPMG. From there he moved to head up Consulting at Penna plc.
Change Associates work on a range of high profile assignments including carrying out the cultural review at the BBC called Respect at Work following the Jimmy Savile scandal and subsequent follow-up reviews. They continue to work with the BBC on its various cultural challenges including currently on gender pay. Other clients include Avis-Budget, John Lewis, GE Capital, CIPD, KPMG, Tate & Lyle, British Sugar, Edelman, Weetabix Food Group, Vodafone, Sony Playstation, Zipcar, West Midlands Police, Merseyside Police and Paypal.
Grahame’s passion is for building change capability in organisations through the development of aligned leadership cultures.
